Exp: Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the steel or pipe manufacturing industry
Salary: As per Market Standard
Reports To: CEO/Management Board
Qualification: Any Graduate
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Lead and manage the sales operations of the steel pipe division across regions.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
* Identify new business opportunities in infrastructure, construction, and industrial sectors.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
* Coordinate closely with the production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
* Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
* Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and MIS for management review.
*Key Skills:*
* Proven track record in B2B industrial sales, preferably in steel pipes, tubes, or allied products.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
* Excellent knowledge of market dynamics in the steel industry.
* Ability to manage multiple regions and large customer accounts.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP-based sales management systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22, ₹50,548.11 per month
