Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for the Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. The individual will also analyze market trends, refine sales processes, and collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and manage sales operations effectively
  • Account Management expertise to develop and sustain long-term client relationships
  • Team Management skills to lead, motivate, and mentor a dynamic sales team
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify market trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or technology sector is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
