We Are Hiring – Head of Strategic Partnerships (Contact Center Services)
Location:
Mumbai/Kochi
Aabasoft (a 23-year-old IT/ITeS company, with a specialized Contact Center Services division) is looking for a
Head of Strategic Partnerships
to spearhead business development and alliance building with
BFSI, NBFCs, FinTechs, Retail, ISP, Healthcare and other enterprises
.
This is a
leadership role
with a mandate to identify, build, and scale outsourcing opportunities in
call center, collections, and customer experience management
across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture CXO-level relationships with BFSI, NBFCs, FinTechs, Retail, and Professional Services organizations.
- Identify outsourcing opportunities (inbound, outbound, collections, and digital engagement).
- Collaborate with internal operations and solution teams to create compelling proposals.
- Lead the full sales cycle – from prospecting, pitching, solutioning, and commercial negotiation to handover for execution.
- Represent Aabasoft at industry events, networking forums, and thought-leadership sessions.
Key Qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience in
B2B enterprise sales / partnerships
, preferably in outsourcing, contact center, or IT/ITeS services. - Proven track record of engaging with BFSI & NBFC decision-makers and converting partnerships into revenue.
- Strong understanding of call center processes (collections, CX, lead generation) and metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- MBA/PGDM preferred, but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
