This role is a launchpad for ambitious graduates and young professionals who want to accelerate their careers through real client interactions (including HNIs), investor pitching, and partnership onboarding all in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

What You'll Do

Lead Engagement: Connect with company-provided HNI and B2B leads across India; conduct structured first conversations to qualify interest.

Investor Pitching: Deliver persuasive call-based pitches, followed by impactful Google Meet presentations, showcasing value propositions and partnership models.

Partnership Onboarding: Manage evaluation, negotiation support, documentation, and successful closure of new partnerships.

End-to-End Management: Own the journey from first engagement → pitch → negotiation → onboarding → closure.

Relationship Building: Nurture long-term trust with partners post-closure.

Market Intelligence: Track competitors, market shifts, and investor expectations to inform leadership decisions.

CRM & Reporting: Maintain updated partner records, log interactions, and prepare weekly pipeline reports.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Head, project leads (Kalarii / Nonstop), for smooth onboarding.

Who We're Looking For

Experience: 0–2 years in partnerships, B2B servicing, investor-facing, or franchise support roles. Freshers from top-tier management schools encouraged.

Education: Bachelor's in Business/Marketing/Commerce; MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

Excellent communication & confident presenter.

Comfortable with senior stakeholders and HNIs.

Commercially sharp, resilient, and target-driven.

Strong research, quick learning & problem-solving mindset.

Organized, professional, and a strong team player.

Tech: MS Office proficiency; CRM exposure (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) a plus.
