We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Coordinator to handle customer interactions, support sales activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, processing customer orders, and building strong relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products and services.
  • Accurately record and process customer purchase orders.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Use company-provided sales scripts to drive sales and handle objections effectively.
  • Gain detailed knowledge of products and services to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, telesales, or telemarketing (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Language Fluency: Hindi, English, and Malayalam (mandatory)...
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
