Job Summary

We are hiring a Customer Care Executive to manage post-sale customer interactions and documentation. The role requires handling customer queries, providing timely support, and ensuring smooth communication to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle post-sale documentation and customer support activities.
  • Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and in person.
  • Address and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communication and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in the Builders & Developers industry (mandatory).
  • Any graduate degree.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
