IT Support

Job Description:

  • Troubleshooting and deploying Windows 2019 & higher servers
  • Installing, troubleshooting, and managing end user W10/W11 desktops and laptops.
  • Microsoft 365 & Office 365 deploy and management.
  • Expertise in Gigabit Networking / Routing / TCP-IP / Enterprise Wi-Fi
  • Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Provide Level 1/2 Support for US users.
  • Exposure with CPanel management.
  • Troubleshoot and support Sophos VPN, Endpoint and Firewall.
  • Installation, support, and maintenance of network infrastructure
  • Keep alive, Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
  • Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
  • Co-ordinate with various service providers. (Email, Internet, CCTV)
  • Resourcefulness to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise.
  • Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on end user PCs.

Experience:

Microsoft Windows Server: 3 years (Preferred)

IP networking: 3 years (Preferred)

Microsoft 365/Exchange & Office suite: 3 years (Preferred)

Language: Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Certification: A+, Networking+, MCSA, MCSE, or other related certifications preferred.

Education: Graduation in Computer related field with 70% marks

Shift: Only Night Shift (Shift Starts post 19:30 hrs IST)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹26,000.00 per month
