Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets across assigned territories.
To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience managing regional sales operations, leading field teams, and achieving revenue goals — preferably in the FMCG or Pharma sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for sustainable business growth.
Ultimately, you will ensure that your region meets and exceeds sales objectives and contributes significantly to Evimeria's long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies and quotas aligned with company goals.
- Support and guide Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Sales Support Officers (SSO) in daily operations.
- Evaluate team and individual performances, ensuring targets are met.
- Prepare and present regional sales reports and forecasts (quarterly and annual).
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Manage recruitment, training, and performance development of regional sales teams.
- Suggest and execute market expansion plans and new product opportunities.
- Review and manage the annual sales budget for the region.
- Drive customer satisfaction through innovative sales techniques and service models.
- Address operational challenges promptly and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or Sales Head in the FMCG or Pharma industry.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, distribution networks, and retail dynamics.
- Experience in using CRM software and interpreting sales performance metrics (ROI & KPIs).
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Willingness to travel across regions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
