Job Summary

Damsure Expert Buildcare LLP is a leading waterproofing construction chemical company specializing in advanced waterproofing solutions. As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager – South Kerala to drive business growth, strengthen market presence, and lead franchise expansion in the South Kerala region, which will be a key priority for this role.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prioritize prospects in South Kerala, including applicators, painters, contractors, franchise partners, and other relevant stakeholders.

Lead and drive franchise expansion in the South Kerala region, including identifying potential franchise partners and supporting the onboarding process.

Develop and implement strategic plans to reach potential clients and convert them into long-term customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers in South Kerala.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the region.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities.

Provide regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

Train, guide, and mentor sales team members to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.

Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales and business development, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of the Construction / Chemical market in South Kerala.

Experience in franchise development or channel expansion will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).

Willingness to travel extensively within South Kerala.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA / BBA or any relevant degree.

Minimum 4 years of experience in the relevant industry.

Established network of contacts and industry relationships in South Kerala.

Prior experience in franchise or channel partner development.
