Regional Manager

The Regional Manager – Sales will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving regional sales targets. The role involves building strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and guide the regional sales team to ensure performance and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and regional analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales campaigns.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training and motivation programs for the sales team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in regional or area sales management (preferably in the photocopier, office automation, or electronics industry).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
