Job Title: Area Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Area Sales Executive to join our team at Anantaa GSK Innovations Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to lead teams, inspire and motivate towards delivering high-level results with the ability to proactively drive differentiated actions to win in the marketplace by winning customer and operator.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the assigned area
  2. Develop and implement field sales plans for the assigned area
  3. Effectively manage distributors/customers and their operations
  4. Responsible for the execution of the Channel Category and SOP plans at the POP/Outlets as per the channel and category prioritization
  5. Responsible to provide quality and on-time information
  6. Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
  7. Coach, motivate, and develop Distributors direct sales force

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales/Marketing or business-related field
  2. 2-5 years of area management experience
  3. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop oneself and the team
  4. Capacity to understand all sales functional areas i.e. Channel Category Sales Development, Customer relationship, Distribution handling
  5. Candidate must be from consumer durable background such as electronics, home appliances, but will not be considerable from finance sector
  6. Own vehicle is necessary for this job
