About the Job:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at Porceko®. As an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth in the assigned area through channel sales and field marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to improve sales performance and increase the company's presence in the market. Build and manage a strong distribution network to support sales growth and company expansion. Strong knowledge of the ceramic industry is preferred.

Requirements:

A graduate degree in any field. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
