Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, meeting business targets, and managing relationships with channel partners and customers. The role includes daily field visits to ensure timely delivery of services and monitor the health of business locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads in the assigned area through various sales and marketing strategies.
2. Achieve business targets set for the area by executing sales plans effectively.
3. Analyze the need for new or replacement channel partners and ensure their business is healthy.
4. Monitor the health of all locations to ensure they are conducive to business growth.
5. Conduct business analysis and suggest improvements for channel partners.
6. Develop a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
7. Support other managers in joint account working and help the team achieve group targets.
8. Ensure that the correct products, offers, and services are delivered to customers on time.
Requirements:
BBA/MBA/Any Graduate.
Excellent communication skills preferably English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in advertisement sales, print media sales, or newspaper sales.
Lead Generation, Time Management, Prospecting, Leadership Skills, Handling sales data analytics, Data-Driven Decision Making, Negotiation Skills, Good computer knowledge, MS Word, Excel, PPT, Team Work, Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, Upselling and Cross-Selling.
Location: Panaji, Goa.
