About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Strategy Executive to drive business growth and enhance market positioning through effective sales strategies. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with business objectives and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities and refine current approaches.
- Work with senior leadership to define sales goals and targets, and develop strategic plans to achieve them.

Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points that can be addressed with our products or services.
- Regularly analyze competitor activity, pricing, and positioning to ensure our sales strategies remain competitive and differentiated.

Sales Performance Optimization:
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that teams focus on the most profitable opportunities and markets.
- Work closely with the sales leadership team to track and monitor sales performance against targets, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure goals are met.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
