B2B Demand Generation Strategist

Notchup is a forward-thinking company seeking an experienced B2B Demand Generation Specialist to drive lead generation efforts for our platform and services.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled professional with a proven track record in generating demand through both inbound and outbound channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching our target audience, identifying pain points, and developing campaigns to reach them across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation and outbound sales, particularly in the HRTech or IT Staffing industry, with a focus on the US & UK Markets. They should be well-versed in lead research tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar platforms.
In addition, they should have hands-on experience with campaign setup in cold emailing tools such as Apollo, SmartLeads, and similar, as well as targeting campaigns in Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and similar.
A strong understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, MS Clarity, Amplitude, and similar is also essential. Proficiency in CRMs like PipeDrive or similar for managing leads and sales pipelines is a must.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and convert decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Research our ICP, identify pain points, buying behaviors, and channels to leverage
- Define a mix of inbound and outbound campaigns to target our ICP across different channels
- Perform keywords and competitive research and produce supporting content to execute the campaigns
- Collaborate with content producers to produce required content for such campaigns
- Implement and execute the campaigns across multiple channels
- Measure and optimize performance of each campaign to minimize CPL generated
- Set up landing pages as required and execute A/B tests to improve conversion
- 5 years of B2B lead generation and outbound sales experience for HRTech or IT Staffing industry, particularly in the US & UK Markets
- Expert in lead research tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar
- Hands-on experience of setting up campaigns in Apollo, SmartLeads, and similar cold emailing tools
- Hands-on experience of setting up targeting campaigns in Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and similar
- Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, MS Clarity, Amplitude, and similar
- Experience with PipeDrive or similar CRMs for managing leads and sales pipelines
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
