The Senior Market Research Analyst will lead data-driven research Projects that provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. This full-time role requires expertise in market research methodologies, project management, and team leadership. The Senior Market research analyst will oversee all phases of research projects, from planning to final reporting, ensuring timely and quality outcomes within budget.


The position is responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies to achieve growth targets. The role focuses on organizing and directing the operations of the sales team and managerial responsibilities, carrying out tasks including budgeting, accounting, and people management. The role assists in understanding customer demands, planning how to meet these demands, and generating sales for the company. The role tracks and analyses market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities. The role involves promoting the company's services, addressing or forecasting client objectives and collaborating with the marketing and sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

● Develop project plans, and manage timelines, budgets, and resources.

● Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with the company’s overall objectives and growth targets

● Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of research projects, aligning with business goals. ● Collaborate with marketing teams to develop lead-generation campaigns and initiatives.

● Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering innovation and collaboration.

● Ensure the accuracy and integrity of research findings through rigorous quality control.

● Contribute to strategic planning and implement innovative tools and methods.

● Manage budgets and report on financial performance, ensuring cost-effective project delivery.

● Prepare detailed reports summarizing methodologies, findings, and recommendations.


Requirements:

● Master's degree in related fields (Business, Research, Sales, Marketing etc.)

● Minimum 5 Years of experience in business development, sales or marketing roles.

● Expertise in research tools and strong analytical skills.

● Project Management tools like Jira, MS Project etc.
