Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in product management, a strong understanding of Scrum, and proficiency with Miro and other best practices in product development. You will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver high-quality products that meet market needs and align with our company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market demands.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.Create and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Lead Scrum teams as a Product Owner, ensuring that the team is aligned with the product vision and goals.Utilize Miro for collaborative planning, brainstorming, and workflow management.Monitor product performance, gather user insights, and iterate on product features to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.Communicate product status, updates, and progress to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.Proficiency in using Miro for product planning and collaboration.Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and experience working as a Product Owner in Agile environments.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.Passion for technology and a deep understanding of market trends and user needs.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in

SaaS data productsCertification in Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).Experience with other product management tools and software.
