**Business Generation & Development**

As a Therapy Business Manager at Abbott, you will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in your assigned market. Your primary focus will be on promoting company products ethically to customers, achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets in your assigned market.
  • Conduct science-based discussions with doctors and chemists to promote company products.
  • Organize camps (CMEs) as per division strategy and customer needs.
  • Plan and conduct merchandising and sampling activities as per division strategy.
  • Facilitate the launch of new products in your territory by identifying and targeting customers.
  • Execute customer management plans to ensure 100% coverage of doctors and meet minimum KPIs.
  • Collect market intelligence, manage retailer-level inventory, and conduct prescription audits.
  • Create and update customer lists as per therapy/product requirements.

**Brand Management:**

As a Therapy Business Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the visibility of Abbott brands on retailers' outlets. This includes carrying out activities across trade and clinics to promote brand visibility and attending retail meets, market blitzes, and other sales growth initiatives.
