Academia Sales Expansion Manager

Position OverviewThe Institutional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profitability through Institutional/Academia Sales in assigned territories. This role wins, maintains, and expands relationships with Universities and Colleges, ensuring a strong presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and meet revenue and profitability goals by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
- Identify and manage Total Addressable Market for EC-Council's Academia Programs to meet organizational objectives.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with key academic influencers, decision-making metrics, and academic cycles.
- Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its market dominance.
- Stay up-to-date with supply and demand, trends, economic indicators, and competitors to maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price.
We are looking for an experienced professional with:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum four years of experience in sales & business development, preferably in Edtech industry.
- Accent-neutral and fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or related technology sectors is advantageous.
