GCC Vision

We have been a strong player in the GCC landscape and operate as a trusted partner in Captive / GCCs for our global customers. Our leadership has renewed its focus on GCC as a new Business Unit led by a VP level leader. We plan for aggressive growth in the GCC market and are building a strong foundation for local / regional leadership.

The Role

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Leader at our Bangalore and Pune offices. As a business development leader, you will have a deep understanding of broad business processes and technical knowledge of IT Services. You will undergo extensive training and be coached/mentored in our Account Management and Sales methodologies.

You will be assigned to a specific market and responsible for existing customers and acquiring new ones. Key skills required include a strong understanding of GCC/Captive markets and customer needs, experience selling to GCC/Captive units/related industry with transferable sales skills, and knowledge of back-end talent supply chain and local market trends.
