Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned leader to assume ownership of revenue growth and performance metrics in a region. This role involves driving business initiatives, managing teams, and ensuring the quality of design closure for Livspace catalogue products and services.
About the Role
- Develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve performance metrics
- Manage a team of Business/Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs etc.
- Owning the quality of Design Closure for Livspace catalogue products and services in the region
- Drive key performance indicators such as design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction
- Act as the voice of the city and customer inside Livspace
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent degree; MBA an added advantage
- 6-7 years experience in interior fit-out business, operating role managing a revenue-generating team or selling design products/services
- Strong attention to detail, written/oral communication skills, analytical ability, leadership/people management skills
- Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends
