Job Title: Regional Director for Grain Processing in South Asia

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our grain processing business expansion in South Asia. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies, building high-performing teams, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement business growth strategies for grain processing in South Asia, aligned with our organizational mission and targets.

2. Identify and capitalize on regional opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and innovation.

3. Lead cross-functional teams across the region, driving sales, marketing, and technical service initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering.

2. Strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry, with senior commercial experience in specialty chemicals or enzymes.

3. Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive team performance, develop talent, and build strong relationships.

4. Comfortable working in a multicultural environment, with a strong proactive approach to collaboration and communication.
