Regional Leader - Biofuel Ethanol

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Leader to drive our biofuel ethanol business in South Asia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our presence in the region, identifying opportunities for partnerships and innovation, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop go-to-market strategies with key action plans based on industry trends, competitor analysis, market needs, resources, and support requirements.
  • Lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers to foster a high-performance work culture, ensure succession planning, capability building, and leadership development.
  • Identify and capitalize on regional opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or relevant fields, with at least 5 years of working experience in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
  • Strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry, with senior commercial experience in specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and remote environment, with strong proactive skills to work across functions internally and externally.
  • Solid people leadership skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive opportunities and address challenges.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software, and CRM.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel up to 50%.
