Senior Vice President of Business Transformation

This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a seasoned professional to spearhead strategic and operational transformation across our P&C insurance business in North America, the UK, and Australia.

About the Role:

The Senior Vice President of Business Transformation will lead the charge in driving modernization of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption. This role requires a collaborative leader who can foster deep partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Solutions, Delivery, Underwriting, Claims, Technology, and Compliance.

This is a leadership position that demands a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the Insurance Industry, preferably in the P&C domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Transformation Office with full accountability for driving process excellence (PEX) and ensuring timely execution of strategic efficiency and/or business outcome projects.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks.
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across all domains.
  • Drive operational excellence across underwriting, claims, and servicing functions.
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of core platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Salesforce) across regions.
Requirements:
  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the Insurance Industry, preferably in the P&C domain.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO Organization.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, the UK, and Australia.
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
