Job Description

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for guiding the business unit towards success. Your key responsibilities will include driving team performance, ensuring that daily service level metrics are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

You will provide mentorship and development to your direct reports, meeting defined quality, customer experience, and efficiency requirements. The successful candidate will be accountable to all internal and external stakeholders for specific engagement, managing claim personnel, including hiring, training, performance assessment, planning, and delegation of workload.

Additionally, you will coach and motivate team members to improve the quality and quantity of work performed. You must have a deep understanding of the practice and portfolio objectives to drive the strategy for the assigned portfolio.

This includes providing regular portfolio status updates and tracking KPI's/Metrics related to all project tasks assigned. Furthermore, you will effectively engage with customers to understand and address customer pain points.

You will also promote a learning culture and build a solid team by developing impactful customer relationships, improving Net Promoter Score, maintaining existing business, and driving revenue growth.

Mandatory Capabilities/Skills:

  • Minimum of 14 years of experience within the relevant domain and skill
  • Experience managing complex service delivery, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in the L&A Domain, with extensive exposure to managing large teams
