The role of Associate Principal Consultant involves leveraging artificial intelligence to drive tangible financial outcomes, growth, and enterprise value creation. The ideal candidate excels at the intersection of strategic planning and operational delivery, advising executive leaders, architecting AI roadmaps, and ensuring execution that drives hard financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Building trusted relationships with executive leadership teams

- Developing multi-year AI transformation programs with clear financial impact

- Driving business expansion and originating large-scale AI-led transformation deals

Required Experience & Skills:

- 10-18 years in top-tier management consulting or equivalent transformation leadership

- Proven track record of selling and delivering large-scale AI/digital transformation engagements

- Strong working knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle, including data strategy, model development, deployment, and MLOps

- Understanding of traditional AI/ML and Generative AI, including LLMs, agentic AI, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering

Market Ecosystem Knowledge:

- Deep understanding of the AI solutions landscape, including enterprise-scale offerings, specialized AI-first products, and key differentiators

Core Skills:

- Exceptional structured problem-solving and executive storytelling

- Commercial acumen with financial understanding

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field required

- Master's degree (MBA or MS in AI/Data Science) strongly preferred
