Your Mission

Partner with Business Leads to identify skill gaps, define meaningful learning outcomes, and measure impactful results across the organization. Design and deliver learning journeys that inspire, challenge, and equip employees to stay ahead of the curve—future-ready and client-relevant.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies that integrate cutting-edge technology, data analytics, and expert knowledge to drive transformative growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement AI-powered learning experiences that personalize, engage, and measure learner success.
  • Lead a high-performing L&D team by coaching, empowering, and growing talent that thinks big, iterates fast, and delivers with empathy.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with business leaders to drive measurable impact, optimize resources, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years in Learning Enablement, Organizational Development, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving business outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker with a builder's mindset, high empathy, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong experience with LMS, digital learning platforms, certification programs, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Masters in HR, Psychology, or similar (MBA preferred—but mindset > resume).
  • Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven insights, metrics, and storytelling.
  • Bonus if you've worked in tech-forward or high-growth environments.
