Operations Technical Learning Specialist

About this role:

The Operations Technical Learning Specialist will develop and execute internal learning programs on the Business Process Management team. This position will positively impact the entire department by collaborating with management, product managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training content to Operations employees.
  • Design and facilitate technical training programs that support business strategies.
  • Training delivery methods include WebEx webinars, Teams, classroom facilitation, virtual learning, and eLearning using Articulate 360 and Camtasia.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Creating and presenting training materials for all key systems and tools.
  2. Coordinating with management and SMEs to ensure effective collaboration.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs and goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience plus 2-3 years of instructional design skills.
  • Excellent facilitation skills that foster engagement in a web-based or in-person environment are required.
  • Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and consistent follow-through are highly critical skills.
