Senior Learning and Development Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of our learning initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an organization-wide L&D strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term capability building.
  • Design and oversee structured learning programs addressing technical upskilling, behavioral development, and soft skills for engineers, project managers, first-time managers, and other critical roles.
  • Drive effective onboarding and training programs for new hires to enable seamless integration, faster productivity, and strong foundational skill-building.
  • Spearhead the adoption and management of learning management systems (LMS), digital platforms, and innovative learning methodologies to enable blended and scalable learning.
  • Establish robust frameworks to measure training effectiveness, monitor learning KPIs, and evaluate ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with exposure to technical, behavioral, and leadership training.
  • Strong background in designing and executing learning interventions in engineering, infrastructure, or consulting industries.
  • Proven expertise in leadership development, talent capability frameworks, and succession planning.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and digital training solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach.
  • Strong analytical and program evaluation capabilities with the ability to demonstrate ROI of learning initiatives.
