Job Overview

Program Strategist

The Program Strategist will develop and maintain comprehensive program strategies and roadmaps that align with the company's financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain program strategies and roadmaps to support the company's financial goals.
  • Manage multiple key initiatives across cost transformations, AI, automation solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, global enterprise programs, and finance related projects.
  • Create project plans with clear action items and milestones.
  • Establish and monitor program budgets and resource allocation.
  • Engage stakeholders and communicate project plans and status, risks, and deliverables.
  • Identify and remove obstacles for project implementation to ensure timely execution.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees as needed.
  • Align project portfolios with organizational financial objectives.
  • Provide executive-level oversight of critical Order to Cash transformation initiatives.
  • Anticipate and respond to changing strategic priorities and provide impact promptly.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Finance leads to evaluate potential optimizations and strategic initiatives.
  • Support the development of business cases and programs as part of the finance strategy.
  • Understand overall demand scope and dependencies and how individual decisions or actions impact the roadmap.
  • Design and execute transformation initiatives for finance using digital, lean, and Six Sigma methods covering standardization, consolidation, re-engineering, and automation.

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in financial planning and analysis. Additionally, you should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and think strategically about business problems.
