Job Title: Financial Analyst - Transformation

Role Overview:

This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the finance sector by driving process improvement and efficiency. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming finance operations for various organizations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying areas of improvement, and developing strategies to enhance financial processes. This includes process standardization, automation, and target operating model design.

You will work closely with stakeholders to implement these changes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to existing operations. Your expertise in financial analysis, combined with your ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including standardization and automation
  • Design and implement target operating models to enhance finance operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of changes
  • Communicate complex financial ideas to non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Freshly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis; ERP exposure is a plus
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to work on off-site projects and travel when required
