Financial Analyst Position

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong grasp of financial markets, asset classes, portfolio management, and risk analytics.

  • We are seeking an experienced Research Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients through in-depth research and analysis.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of mutual funds, PMS, and AIF schemes and be able to analyze their performance using various metrics such as alpha, beta, Sharpe ratio, information ratio, drawdowns, rolling returns, capture ratios, and consistency metrics.

  • The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with Excel, financial modeling, and tools such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Morningstar, ValueResearch, or ACE MF.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in quantitative techniques – regression, risk-return metrics, factor attribution
  • Knowledge of SEBI regulations for MFs, PMS, and AIFs

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Economics/Statistics/Commerce
  • Professional qualifications preferred: CFA, CA, MBA (Finance), FRM, CIPM, or equivalent
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in mutual fund research, PMS analysis, buy-side/sell-side research, or wealth management
