Strategic Transformation Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive transformation roadmaps that align with strategic business goals, driving measurable outcomes in areas such as productivity, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
  2. Lead the implementation of AI-powered solutions, leveraging machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
  3. Partner with cross-functional teams to redesign workflows, eliminate waste, and minimize variation in critical business processes, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure effective risk mitigation and change management.
  5. Drive the creation and operationalization of a Center of Excellence (COE) for AI-augmented operations, fostering continuous improvement across business functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in BPO / KPO / Shared Services, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives, with a deep understanding of the entire model lifecycle, from development to deployment and AI governance.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, with exposure to AI platforms and automation technologies.
  • Strong command of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and project management principles.
  • Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
