  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular audits and training.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and best practices to continuously improve kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
  • At least 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles, including 2+ years as a Head Chef.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.
