  • Leading and mentoring teams in banqueting, kitchen stewarding, and food & beverage management requires strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Preparing and managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving efficiencies for maximum profitability demands financial acumen and business savvy.
  • Maintaining compliance with health, safety, food handling, and local regulations is essential.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years' operational leadership experience in banqueting and catering in hotels or high-volume venues.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, event operations, and logistical planning.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • A proven track record of handling premium events and client satisfaction is essential.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, event management systems, and financial controls is necessary.
