About the Role

The role of Associate Director is a critical leadership position that requires an exceptional leader with expertise in project management, engineering, compliance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic projects to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Manage new product introductions (NPI) to ensure timely and cost-effective launches.
  • Oversee lifecycle management (LCM) to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support engineering operations to enhance site capabilities and future growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management, engineering, or related sectors in regulated industries.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale projects, product lifecycle management, and engineering operations.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., MDR, ISO 9001, ISO 13485) and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, JJPS, and other continuous improvement tools.
