Technical Director - AI Innovation

We are entering a key growth phase with real customers, revenue, and product momentum. We are now hiring a Technical Director to lead our technical direction and platform execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong architecture skills and the ability to design scalable, reliable backend infrastructure that powers automation workflows.

  • Own the development of our agentic AI platform
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing, distributed engineering team
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and implementation teams to deliver into real-world hospital environments
  • Drive technical execution across short-term priorities and long-term strategic initiatives

Responsibilities:

  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience)
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architecture decisions under ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
