Executive Director of Operations

The Executive Director of Operations plays a pivotal role in streamlining business processes, ensuring effective governance, and aligning operational functions with the company's strategic objectives. This involves driving end-to-end operations of asset reconstruction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Lead, monitor, and enhance overall operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and seamless execution.
  • Process Excellence: Define, implement, and improve process flows to align with regulatory requirements and business goals.
  • Transaction Oversight: Evaluate and report on transaction status, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely updates.
  • Technology Leadership: Provide strategic direction for IT systems and processes to support business scalability and security.
  • Culture Development: Oversee HR function including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Financial Governance: Supervise Finance function to ensure sound financial management, compliance, and accurate reporting.
  • Risk Management: Provide oversight to Audit function, ensuring strong internal controls and proactive risk management.

Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with significant exposure to asset reconstruction / non-banking finance company / banking operations.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing asset reconstruction business.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and process management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements: Strong understanding of asset reconstruction operations, coupled with ability to oversee critical support functions including IT, HR, Finance, and Audit.
