Job Description:

As a key member of our events team, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of high-profile events. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development and implementation of event strategies that align with our organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams towards achieving shared objectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management and organizational skills is also highly desirable. Experience with digital event platforms, marketing and promotional strategies, and budgeting software is a plus.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute event strategies that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Lead the events team in the planning and execution of various events.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Oversee vendor selection and management to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Monitor event logistics and on-site operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a Related Field: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. If your degree is not in one of these fields, but you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

5+ Years of Experience in Event Planning & Management: A minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management is required. Experience with large-scale events is highly desirable.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with digital event platforms, knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies, and familiarity with budgeting software and tools are highly desirable.
