Key Operations Executive

At the forefront of our event execution, guest experience, productivity, and profitability stands the Key Operations Executive. This exceptional leader oversees all operational aspects of banqueting and catering services in Jaipur.

Responsibilities
  • Leads day-to-day operations for all banquet and catering functions, including planning, execution, and team management.
  • Collaborates with sales, culinary, and service teams to deliver outstanding events – corporate, social, and weddings.
  • Develops and implements Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for seamless event logistics, from setup through execution and close-out.
  • Monitors quality standards, guest satisfaction, and service delivery across all events and catering operations.
  • Leads and mentors teams in banqueting, kitchen stewarding, and F&B; recruits, trains, and manages departmental staff.
  • Prepares and manages budgets, controls costs, and drives efficiencies for maximum profitability.
  • Maintains compliance with health, safety, food handling, and local regulations.
  • BUILDs and nurtures client relationships to maximize repeat business and event referrals.
  • Analyzes operational metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements in processes and performance.
  • Coordinates with vendors for supplies, décor, AV, and event needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in hospitality, hotel management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years' operational leadership experience in banqueting and catering in hotels or high-volume venues in Jaipur.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, event operations, and logistical planning.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of handling premium events and client satisfaction.
  • Proficient with MS Office, event management systems, and financial controls.
