We are seeking a seasoned Event Production Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on multiple large events each quarter, driving high-quality outcomes and seamless execution. As an Event Production Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing event production in the region, utilizing existing technology infrastructure, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Operations: Utilize existing technology infrastructure, including Zoom Meeting, Zoom Webinar, Meta/Workvivo Streaming, and vMix, in conjunction with various audio and video hardware at ServiceNow and offsite locations.
  • Event Execution: Oversee event production in the region, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Strategic Development: Participate in strategy development for production and events, aligning with corporate communications, marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Service Gap Identification: Identify and address service gaps, prioritizing employee satisfaction and a frictionless experience.
  • Brand Alignment: Maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow's company branding, story, and message to ensure alignment with corporate communications and marketing efforts.
  • Communication and Organization: Cultivate excellent communication and organizational skills to thrive in a dynamic team environment focused on high growth.
  • Project Management: Develop and oversee project budgeting, external vendor management, and contractor coordination as needed.
  • Partnership Building: Bolster internal partnerships and cross-functional processes between departments and stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for best practices and production solutions.
