Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Event Partnerships Manager to develop and execute a sponsorship strategy for our live events. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in sponsorship sales/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sponsorship strategy for our live events.
  • Identify potential sponsors, build a robust pipeline, and convert opportunities into signed partnerships.
  • Craft compelling sponsorship proposals and packages aligned with brand objectives and event positioning.
  • Lead negotiations, contract closures, and relationship management with sponsors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (event production, marketing, client servicing) to ensure sponsorship deliverables are met.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and brand spends in the live events &experiential industry.
  • Drive revenue targets through sponsorship sales and ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field.
  • Strong network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporates.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align sponsorship opportunities with brand objectives.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for live events, culture, and experiences.
