Job Title: Chief Education Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven professional to lead our efforts in expanding adoption of English language learning, Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN), and Teacher Coaching & Professional Development products in the Education sector.

This is a remote opportunity for an ambitious individual with strong experience in education partnerships, a deep understanding of school systems, distribution and publishing sector and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Potential Discovery: Identify potential clients and market segments for promoting and integrating our English learning language, literacy-numeracy and teacher coaching products.
  • Sales Boost: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve targets.
  • Demonstrations: Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our products, effectively communicating their value to clients.
  • Client Care: Build strong relationships with educational institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication Wizardry: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey the value of our offerings to clients.
  • Negotiation Ninja: Negotiate and close business deals to promote sustained revenue.
  • Data Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Market Savvy: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Email Etiquette: Maintain professional email communication with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Results-Driven: Performance driven mindset, providing regular updates to management to inform strategic decisions.

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field, along with 5–8 years of experience in education partnerships, literacy programs, teacher training, or B2B/B2G education outreach. Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and other business tools is also essential. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to explore new opportunities and expand the clientele.
