Safety Culture Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced individual to lead the successful delivery of a comprehensive safety culture transformation project.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of consulting experience, preferably in large steel plants, and a strong background in safety culture transformation projects. They will possess excellent leadership, communication, and engagement skills, with the ability to foster a strong safety culture by demonstrating exceptional management capabilities.

The Project Director will be responsible for planning, directing, and implementing all aspects of the transformation program, including overseeing construction safety activities and operational safety transformation at designated sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage client top management and resolve issues for effective implementation of safety at site.
  • Manage change and establish clear communication plans.
  • Communicate frequently about the project to stakeholders via physical or digital communications.
  • Report on project status, budget, capacity plan, and key parameters in regular and consistent manner.
  • Promote best safety practices as part of project implementation.
  • Communicate timely to clients on challenges and support required for effective project implementation.
  • Review program effectiveness and course correct when required.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to management.
  • Organize learning platforms and deploy lessons learned in the project.
  • Manage construction safety and projects operational management at site.
