As a key member of our leadership team, this role will serve as the trusted advisor to our Chief Human Resource Officer and Executive Committee members on people strategy and transformation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving global HR transformation, building leadership depth, strengthening culture, and delivering exceptional employee experiences through technology, agility, and innovation.

This role will focus on digitizing all core HR processes using AI and automation platforms, implementing predictive analytics in engagement and performance, and reducing manual HR operations by 40-50%.

The ideal candidate will lead annual HR cycles, including goal setting, performance management, compensation, and benefits, while also executing internal mobility and succession planning programs for key roles.

This position will oversee the design and delivery of global leadership development programs, own the end-to-end design of global people policies, and ensure compliance, scalability, and people-first principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for launching culture audits and performance-focused culture operating systems, building and scaling diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, and driving RateGain's position as a Great Place to Work.

This role will lead global compensation benchmarking initiatives, ensure internal equity and market competitiveness, and drive HR cost efficiency through automation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic HR leadership, AI-first HR mindset, global governance, organization design, succession planning, culture and DEI building, employer branding, and execution with agility.

They will possess 15-18 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with exposure to global people operations, and at least 5+ years in a strategic HR leadership role in high-growth global SaaS or digital-first companies.

Experience in scaling global programs, working closely with CXOs and Business Leaders, and holding an MBA/PGDM in HR or related field from a Tier 1 institution is highly desirable.

Additionally, certification in Digital HR, HR Analytics, or Change Management is a plus.
