Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead transformative initiatives that drive impactful outcomes and enhance the employee experience. This role will champion strategic projects, develop measurement frameworks, and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Direct and mentor a high-performing team, providing regular coaching and development planning.
  • Effectively communicate strategies and drive adoption of new initiatives to guide stakeholders through transformational change journeys.
  • Anticipate and articulate the impacts of change, ensuring clear communication to support successful transition and sustainability of new processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience.
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience, leading high-performing teams.
  • 1+ years in transformation experience in people, process, or technology transformation.
  • Proven expertise in spearheading people-centric or transformational initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong business and technology acumen.
Preferred:
  • Understanding of product team practices.
  • Experience leading matrixed teams.
  • Experience supporting multi-geographical teams.
