About the Role

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will provide technical vision and direction, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Your expertise in technological trends and emerging innovations will enable us to stay ahead of the competition, delivering impactful solutions that meet the demands of our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Strategy & Vision
    • Define and articulate a forward-looking technology vision that aligns with long-term product and business objectives.
    • Oversight of the technical roadmap, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and innovation are embedded across all platforms.
    • Act as primary thought leader for all things technology, translating strategic direction into actionable frameworks and solutions.
  • Product & Platform Leadership
    • Oversee full lifecycle product development, from ideation and prototyping through to launch, scale, and iteration.
    • Sound architectural and design decisions across multiple technology stacks, ensuring they meet business needs while being efficient, secure, and future-proof.
    • Prioritize engineering deliverables that balance speed and performance with an unwavering commitment to consistency and reliability of the product at scale.
  • Engineering Team Leadership
    • Build, lead, and mentor globally distributed teams of engineers, QA professionals, architects, and DevOps specialists.
    • Foster a performance culture rooted in innovation, agility, collaboration, and technical excellence.
    • Evaluation and implementation of best-in-class design patterns and development methodologies.
  • Technical Governance & Best Practices
    • Promote and enforce robust standards for code quality, security, performance, and system integrity.
    • Champion automation testing, DevOps adoption, and CI/CD workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining stability.
    • Maintenance of compliance with emerging cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Close working relationship with leaders in Product, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure all technology efforts are aligned with customer and market needs.
    • Support go-to-market strategies with seamless platform integration, strong technical enablement, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Innovation & Emerging Technologies
    • Identification and integration of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, advanced analytics, and workflow automation that offer competitive advantages.
    • Promotion of a culture of experimentation and innovation within the engineering organization.
  • Infrastructure & Scalability
    • Ensurance of infrastructure stability, data integrity, and system availability across all platforms and geographies.
    • Leadership of efforts to optimize cloud architecture and enhance platform scalability as customer demand grows.
