Job Title: Strategic Leadership Role

Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive innovation and lead the development of cutting-edge solutions. As the leader of this multidisciplinary practice, you will align technology strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Management: Manage the delivery of a digital portfolio of customers from a delivery and operations perspective.
  • Team Management: Empower delivery managers and ensure Account/Program/Project risks and issues are addressed effectively.
  • Business Management: Monitor projects/programs, revenue, margins, revenue growth, yield per employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Growth Mindset: Own the growth of the portfolio and be responsible for hiring and offboarding decisions.

The ideal candidate should have 18+ years of experience in managing large transformation programs and projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in IT services, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
