Senior Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and be able to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business growth.

  1. Develop and execute the Group HR Strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring seamless integration across departments.
  2. Lead Leadership Talent Strategy: assessment, development, and succession for CXOs and key roles, identifying and nurturing high-potential talent.
  3. Manage Group-wide HiPo (High Potential) and Future Leaders programs, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  4. Ensure strong succession planning for all critical roles, mitigating potential risks and ensuring continuity.
  5. Promote talent mobility across the group, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  6. Oversee the Group Performance Management Framework for CEOs and L1s, driving accountability and excellence.
  7. Collaborate with the Nomination & Remuneration Committee to create and implement Executive Compensation Structures, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
  8. Partner with CEOs and CHROs for aligned HR delivery across companies, leveraging synergies and best practices.
  9. Establish a Group HR Council for shared learning, policy consistency, and best practice execution, promoting a culture of excellence.
  10. Report to the Board on HR matters such as people risks, succession, engagement, and culture, providing actionable insights.
