
Strategic HR Leader Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and proactive leader to drive multiple HR functions. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with HR systems, strong in employee relations, and capable of driving strategic initiatives.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead onboarding & employee experience, policies & processes, HR systems & reporting, payroll & compliance, and performance & employee relations.
- Onboarding & Employee Experience:
- Monitor a seamless onboarding process from documentation to orientation.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Oversee asset allocation and management for new joiners.
- Provide employee support by handling queries and resolving issues.
- Policies & Processes:
- Design, develop, and implement HR policies aligned with company culture and compliance requirements.
- Build and standardize HR processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy structures.
- HR Systems & Reporting:
- Drive Keka HRMS adoption across payroll, leave, performance, and reporting modules.
- Prepare and lead HR reports for management.
- Conduct report analysis and implement improvements.
- Payroll & Compliance:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll management ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws.
- Monitor adherence to compliance frameworks and regulatory updates.
- Performance & Employee Relations:
- Support increment meetings providing inputs based on performance and market trends.
- Drive HR Connect initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and culture.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and payroll.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS (preferably Keka).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
